In June 2009, a citizen applied to the Advocacy and Assistance Center of Kotayk Marz of the RA. The beneficiary informed that he and his family members were living in the same flat since 1974. When he applied to Hrazdan regional Department of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre adjunct to the RoA Government with a request to privatize the flat, he was informed that the flat was privatized in the name of another person in 1994.

Գեղարքունիքի ՇՊԱԿ էր դիմել առողջական խնդիրներ ունեցող մի քաղաքացի: Խնդիրը կայանում էր նրանում, որ դիմումատուն մեկ և կես տարի առաջ ստացել էր վնասվածք, որի հետևանքով սահմանափակվել էր նրա աշխատունակությունը, մի քանի անգամ ենթարկվել էր վիրահատության:

On 6 July 2010, Prof. Barlow Der Mugrdechian, coordinator of the Armenian Studies Program and director of the Center for Armenian Studies at Fresno State University, Dr. Bill Erysian is currently serving as Director of Grants and International Projects for the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at Fresno State University, as well as Mr. Eduardo Flores, Deputy Chief of Party at the USAID MAAC Activity and Mr. Sergey Sargsyan, Program Coordinator of Anticorruption Centers Mobilizing Action against Corruption (MAAC) Activity visited the AAC of Aragatsotn Marz of the RA, representatives of Aragatsotn Marz AAC staff as well as the lawyers of Talin and Ashtarak AARCs  attended the meeting as well.
